How can I manage license plates?
You will find the indicator under the "Reference Data" tab in the vehicle file. The license plate is assigned a period and therefore you can easily display a license plate change.
What should I take in consideration for when I use a license plate several times?
Check that the end date of the license plate is set on the old vehicle, e.g. 31.12.2017.
You can now re-assign the new vehicle one day later, in this case from 01.01.2018.
When you archive a vehicle, the end date of the license plate is automatically set so that the license plate is free and can be assigned to a new vehicle.
How are invoices assigned when a license plate is used several times?
You can easily upload invoices for the old and the new vehicle. Invoices are automatically assigned to the vehicle to which the indicator was assigned at the invoice date.
