On the vehicles page, select the Vehicle(s) you would like to be tracked in operation hours instead of mileage and update their vehicle usage unit.
Operating hours can then be added in different ways.
Similarly to mileage, operating hours will be read out automatically from your fuel invoices or other invoices.
You can also keep track of operating hours manually via the vehicle reference data.
Finally, drivers will automatically be reminded to submit their vehicle’s operating hours as long as the “Mileage reminders for drivers” feature has been enabled in the Settings under “Driver Emails”.
