In the menu bar on the left under "Settings" (cogwheel) and "Pools" you can select different pool settings. There you also have the possibility to add a contact person. The contact details of the person are displayed to the drivers on the reservation page and in the confirmation e-mails.

Furthermore the booking request form can be customised. You can customise the input fields according to your needs, so that the drivers only have to fill in the fields that are really needed.
