Welcome to the fleet manager's guide for creating driver accounts for our Driver App!

As a fleet manager, you can easily send out a link to your new drivers, allowing them to create their own accounts on the app without the need for manual input.

All your drivers are already captured in Avrios? Refer to our batch-invitation guide HERE to enable the driver app for all of them in a few simple steps.

This feature streamlines the process of onboarding new drivers and makes it more efficient.

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps of how to use this feature and provide some tips on how to make the most of it. Let's get started!

  • Login to Avrios and go to the “Drivers” page

  • In the upper right corner, you will see a button “Get link to Driver App”

Clicking on the link you will see a pop-up with all the information about this feature

  • Copy the link address by clicking on “Copy link address”

  • The link is now copied

  • How to share the link is up to you, you can send it via email, messenger, sms, or however you feel is better and easier

This first part is done, now sit back and relax!

Once received, the Driver will open the link from his mobile phone and will be asked to provide this information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email (work or private)

  • Phone number (this is not mandatory)

Once this information is provided the driver will click on “Request access” and will see this message.

You will now see an “Access request” notification in the upper right corner

Please click on it and fill in the information you need.

Once this is done the Driver will receive an email inviting you to set a password and will be able to directly access the app.
